Terms and Conditions

1: Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and a written confirmation from Fusion Expeditions. The person making the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all participants listed in the booking. Full and correct personal information must be provided at the time of booking.

2: Payments

A non-refundable deposit (typically 20–30% of the total trip cost) is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date unless otherwise agreed. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other approved methods.

3: Cancellations and Refunds

By the Customer: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. The following cancellation charges apply: More than 30 days before departure: Deposit forfeited. 15–30 days before departure: 50% of the total cost. Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total cost (no refund). By Fusion Expeditions: We reserve the right to cancel any trip due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest, low bookings). In such cases, a full refund or alternative tour will be offered.
